The smallest dog in the world was named after one of the biggest pop stars – Beyoncé. Rescuers in northern California say that immediately after birth the puppy could fit in a bucket, and now when it’s two-week old, it’s not bigger than a credit card and it’s still smaller than a mobile phone.
